Our mission

Built on a simple belief

Every young Nigerian has untapped potential. What they need is not charity — they need structure, training, and opportunity. That is exactly what Teqera Champions provides.

Discover

We identify young Nigerians with raw potential and no clear direction, opening our doors to give them a real chance to grow.

Train

We deliver intensive, hands-on skills training using professional equipment and experienced trainers across five disciplines.

Employ

The top performers from each cohort are employed directly within Teqera Champions, delivering real work for real clients.

Repeat

Revenue from employed graduates funds the next training cohort — creating a self-sustaining cycle of excellence and impact.

How it works

The train-employ-repeat model

Our model is intentionally designed to be sustainable — each cohort generates the resources to fund the next one.

5
