Our programs
We offer training in five high-demand vocational and trade skills — hands-on crafts and technical abilities that formal education does not teach, but that the real economy desperately needs.
Practical garment and craft skills using professional equipment in a fully equipped studio. Training lasts 12 months.
Practical training in farming, animal rearing, and food production — equipping trainees to feed families and build agribusinesses.
Hands-on training in the skilled trades that keep Nigeria's buildings standing — in constant high demand nationwide.
Practical mechanical and automotive skills with massive demand across every city and town in Nigeria.
High-demand digital skills that open doors to local and international clients — with the ability to work from anywhere.

Founder & Executive Director
Originally from Anambra State, Tochukwu's journey from a remote Nigerian village to a PhD programme in Italy convinced him that talent is never the problem — opportunity is. He leads the organisation's overall vision, strategy, and international partnerships from Padua, Italy.
